Each year one scholarship is awarded to a graduate student at UW Oshkosh and another to a degree-seeking student at Fox Valley Technical College. The more money we fundraise, the more scholarships we are able to award!
UW Oshkosh Graduate Scholarship for Women
The AAUW Graduate Scholarship for Women has been awarded annually to a UW Oshkosh female graduate student since 1966. Previous winners have represented graduate programs in every college at the university.

AAUW Oshkosh Susan Morrissey Memorial Scholarship
Available to returning students, 25 years of age or older, pursuing an Associate Degree at Fox Valley Technical College. Recipient will have demonstrated leadership in community or school activities. Award is based on need and academic excellence.

Scholarship Fundraisers
Throughout the year we organize scholarships in collaboration with local businesses (e.g., Toppers, Benvenuto’s Italian Grill). We also have a year-round SCRIP fundraising program where you can buy gift cards for over 750 businesses and a percent goes to AAUW Oshkosh for women’s scholarships. See how to participate below.
SCRIP
SCRIP is an overall long-term program whereby members purchase or sell to others various vendor gift cards to use at more than 750 top brands for everything on your list. Families, friends and members pay face value for the gift cards. The difference in percent is an instant rebate for AAUW Oshkosh donated by the retailers. It’s fundraising while we shop!
Ways to participate:

- Create an account and order physical gift cards or e-gift cards at https://shop.shopwithscrip.com/. You can pay online or send a check.
- Download the RaiseRight app in the App Store (Apple devices) or Google Play (Android devices) and create an account. You will need the enrollment code above. If you choose e-gift cards and pay via your bank account, the e-gift cards are instantly loaded to the app!
- Send your order to Cheryl Hansen by phone or email (c6j0hto70@gmail.com). Cheryl will let you know when you can pick up your gift cards (or when they will be delivered, depending on delivery volunteers).
ONLINE PAYMENT NOTE: SCRIP does charge a small percentage to you if you pay by debit/credit card or directly from your bank account.
